“WalterLee Technologies” launches new website with promise to provide an online intelligence for product support & customer service. This is a move away from the more traditional forums based social site. The online knowledge-base also seeks to educate those learning astrophotography. A list of possible answers and related information is dynamically displayed as a question is asked. This means there is no need to submit a question and wait for results. Background intelligence is at work interpreting what information is most likely to provide an answer(s). Related information is cross referenced with a dictionary, FAQ, and comments. It’s undecided if a forums based social networking site will be maintained for those who favor a more social experience to support.
